    I'm so cold today but I can't afford to put the heating on until later.

    Its quite boring being stuck home on my own again but I'm going out for lunch with friends tomorrow.

    I'm looking forward to watching the soaps tonight.

    I did go out for lunch.

    It was so cold inside the social club but it was nice getting out despite the heavy rain and strong wind.

    I'm so tired so I'm hoping I might be lucky and get some sleep tonight.

    I will have to do the same i didnt watch any news all through covid not one article and of latley been Doom schrolling and theres so much going on in the world as a great empath worrier its no good and we cannot change any of it your sound bath sounds amazing is it a local group? It has been raining for hours i cannot sleep at all

    Morning! Very windy here yesterday too but it's settled a bit today. Was very glad not to be going out in it!

    I watched "I Swear" last night, the film about John Davidson who lives with Tourettes. Thought it was really good, I'd recommend it! It's on Netflix if anyone wants to watch it. Bit of a tear-jerker in places.

    Has anyone got any plans for the weekend?

    morning all… i am not great.. i woke up with a terrible fear.. it is always the same. sometimes is ok and today is bad.. i hope it will pass. i want to go to the sound bath session today.. the time passes to quickly and that is by itself very scary. anyway.. have a good day..

    uc giving me a hard time with evidence.. i hope it is enough but they keep saying i have to report every time my money goes down.. money will go down because we spend it. it has to do with that old back payment.. anyway i will leave it and i hope it is ok..

    weather is bad.. it is not raining….yet… yesterday was very windy and it seems today is going to be about the same… bad weather depresses me. well that is what we expect in old blighty.

    I was awake all night god i hate that it was raining all night i have my daughters dog so two dogs in the bed they hardly moved all night i kept prodding them to see if they was ok lol

    I have really struggled to keep awake today but if I fall asleep I have no hope of sleeping again tonight.

    The sun is shining and its cold outside but I am covered in a blanket enjoying the quietness and looking forward to watching the soaps tonight.
