My house is owned by my husband he pays the mortgage we are going to separate.
I will be living in the house with 3 children and old father who is 77 years old.
Income will be carers allowance I get for carring of my disabled child Dla for my child child benefit for 3 children and UC. That's it.
Father gets state pension £220 a week and also gets pip low rates both.
Will I get council tax benefit support?

Yes, you will need to claim council tax reduction from your local Authority.

Your fathers income will not be taken into consideration for your UC. For council tax reduction i can't advise because all local authorities have their own rules.
