GP documents sent after Capita assessment report arrived at DWP -

Hello, just wondering what to do or if anyone has had the same thing happen?
I got the text that the report arrived at the DWP 10 days ago.
Then yesterday I found out my GP surgery only sent the forms Capita requested out this week. I was already wondering why in the report copy it said "no diagnosis evidence for X conditions".
Does anyone know what's happening now? Will capita send the GP forms to DWP or just throw them? Should my carer call them and ask them to be forwarded to the DWP or have them sent to us in case of MR?

It sounds as though they've asked your GP for a GPFR which is a factual report (correct me if I'm wrong), Capita should send it straight onto the case manager at the DWP, apparently it's rare but I've had it happened for both of my PIP and ESA reviews.
