Hi scape, it's much more simple and you've done the hard work!!
DWP rely on claimants giving up at this stage that's all. Sad but true. If a new DM doesn't change the decision then go straight to appeal. A short statement is all you need then you'll receive a huge 'bundle' from HMCTS with all the nonsense writing, your supporting evidence and none of theirs.

No, my apologies. It's all the documents to date that will be available for the Tribunal panel from your application form and supporting evidence to DWP's appeal response and their supporting 'evidence' ie the assessment report.
