STILL WORKING ON MR!

Hi scape, it's much more simple and you've done the hard work!!
DWP rely on claimants giving up at this stage that's all. Sad but true. If a new DM doesn't change the decision then go straight to appeal. A short statement is all you need then you'll receive a huge 'bundle' from HMCTS with all the nonsense writing, your supporting evidence and none of theirs.

At the risk of sounding a bit 'dense' what is the 'huge bundle'?0

It’s a folder that contains everything you sent to support your claim, including the original form, assessment report, MR request letter, as well as DWP response etc etc.scape1960 said:At the risk of sounding a bit 'dense' what is the 'huge bundle'?0 -
No, my apologies. It's all the documents to date that will be available for the Tribunal panel from your application form and supporting evidence to DWP's appeal response and their supporting 'evidence' ie the assessment report.

Thanks! Is that just for this current review and MR? I’m assuming it’s not for original 1st application and subsequent reviews is it?0
