I’m trying to find who to contact for help with disagreement about the decision made for my pip I got 0 on everything which I don’t understand cause I was on pip before it I’m actually worse health wise than I was previously when I was awarded it?
I’ve tried calling welfare rights for help but keep getting cut off after 5 minutes does anyone know who I can contact for help with this please?

Hi @Dannibell, welcome to our community. There have been a lot of stories just like yours. In fact I got all 0s too on a recent decision! It does seem like the criteria and what is written is interpreted more strictly lately. There's no room at all for assumption, even when it makes sense.
The first step is writing a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) letter. We have a section on it in our advice pages about appealing PIP decisions, it also links to some resources and places you can get support in writing it.
If you have specific questions about what to do or write we can try to help answer that. I'll move this discussion to our PIP category, it'll have better visibility with people who are knowledgeable about PIP there1 -
Jimm_Scope thank you I appreciate the help/advice!It’s just seems like they didn’t listen at all and I even sent my medical records so I feel like it was completely ignored, and I really try not to waste my doctors time or anyones really so it’s upsetting that they didn’t listen to what I said or look at the paperwork my doctor took time to put together0

When you filled out the form did you just put no change and nothing else? or did you treat it as a new claim and give as much relevant information as possible?

I was told to put any changes on the form so my aunt helped me fill it I think we were filling it out like a new claim and we also sent my medical records that my doctor filled out as my aunt thought it would help0
