3 hour pip review

Hi everyone. Had a 3 hour pip review today in addition to the call starting nearly 1 hour late. So 4 hours in total spent waiting/reviewing. Lady said I would hear in around 6 to 8 weeks so I will receive at least one more payment in that timeframe. If they then decide to refuse my renewal will I have to pay the money back between the review and their decision? It’s been really stressful and now I’m worrying even more. Thank you
