Hi @gloriacun23 if i remember rightly i think i waited about a year for tribuneral date,, but everywhere is different,, i would recommend you put a year as a guess and then if it comes earlier itll be a bonus, pls do not worry, try and put it to one side as it can take over and do your head in x0

thanks for your reply Olly. I am trying not to think about it. What happens on the day, are you asked to speak and answer questions or do the tribunal just go by the appeal submitted?0

Hi @gloriacun23, generally you will be asked questions about yourself and how your conditions affect you. The tribunal will read what you have submitted, but they will often ask you to clarify what you mean. In the DWP it often feels like they assume what you mean, and they don't bother asking for clarification.
At the tribunal you'll get a chance to actually talk about yourself to the people making the decision, and explain to them what your situation is like.0 -
Sorry i have only just seen this,,, they are nice and can see straight away if you are genuine or not,, they asked me about how condition has affected my life and i told them, it was exactly as i had stated in my evidence, pls do not worry. I found them totally respectful, kind patient and totally professional,, pls dont worry x1
