Hi all
i have been on the books at MINT for around 2 years, I currently have an advocate helping me with a complaint against them as they haven’t returned my call after being referred to them by SPA
Ive tried to get help from elsewhere but professionals keep saying your under MINT we can refer you there
can I remove myself so that another organisation can help me ?
thanks

Hi @apples sorry to hear you're having issues contact MINT, but I'm glad you have an advocate to help you. I'm unsure if you're able to remove yourself, that's not something I've come across before, I think it may depend on how you were assigned to MINT? But hopefully another regular will be able to answer soon.0

Thanks @Albus_Scope
i was originally referred by iapt I had to attend a&e recently as I’m not coping and when MH team came to see me they said they can only refer to me mint as I’m open to them even though I told her I never wanted the referral to them, anyway mint rang me and are unable to help me that I ended up putting the phone down.
i need to take myself off mint so I can get help from elsewhere
ill be attending a&e soon again as I can feel myself getting angry / agitated which is a shame on a&e0 -
Just be gentle with yourself please @apples I know how hard it can be amongst all the humans. And remember they're all there to help you and are doing their jobs.0
