Hi was just wondering I get esa income related on support group and claim for my partner too as a joint claim,we have just got married not long ago, people say that we don't need to tell them or update them as circumstances have not changed just her last name I'm confused what to do

Getting married is not a change of circumstances that needs to be reported because you're already living together. If you weren't previously living together then it would be different. She can report her name change if she wants to but it's not vital.0
