Hello, I am new here and I am due to have a full knee replacement soon. I am doing my exercises but how many times a day do other people do theses a day, I am currently doing it three times a day, is that enough? Also does anyone have any tips for after the op, what works and to look out for etc. Many thanks

Hi @blondie2024, welcome to the community I hope some members with experience of this will offer their advice soon, but I just wanted to say hello!
Did you GP or specialist tell you how often to do your exercises?0 -
I was given a booklet with the exercises in it but it doesn’t say how many times I need to do the whole exercises for. I’ve been doing them all three times a day at the moment which includes ones with a small ball.1
