i was discharged from iapt , i got discharged letter from them was sitting on the floor and crying 
its really very hard for me to get the motivation to make a phone call and to open the letters due to depression and anxiety 
i was calling mint last week ( i was referred to them ) the lady on the phone said that another person from mint will call me shortly after their lunch break at the same day and they didn’t
