I have had to have 2 back surgeries and they were both 7 months apart I have a cage sponges in between all my disc's and 6 screws for all my back problems and getting ready to have my 3rd back surgery on top of all this I also suffer some mental health problems suck as ptsd manic depression anxiety disorder I have severe high blood pressure asthma had to get gastric bypass to get rid of the diabetes in and out of the hospital from having falls due to my numbness in my legs and I don't understand why I was informed by my attorney today that my claim was decided to by the appeals council to side with the judges denial of my claim and I'm so confused on why my claim has to go to federal court now

Hi @reeraiderette, sorry to hear you've been struggling with your SSDI claim, that sounds really difficult to deal with. I'm afraid I'm not very familiar with the process as most of us on here are from the UK, but I hope you get a better result at federal court.
