Come on people, No days off.1 -
Well done yous are all doing amazing, if I hadn’t had my surgery I would’ve joined in in some way. But I will make a donation. ❤️
Keep up the great work 👏👏👏2 -
Thanks @Sandy_123 and @Lou67 that's good to hear 🙏1

8 minutes just done. Early workout today. Felt I could have done more but decided to continue how I'm doing it.0

Nice one @THE_DUDE, you're killing it.

I've had 6 days off work, but have been getting my 16 mins in each day. Alternating between walking the dogs around the block (with sis for support) and doing free weights. I'm physically feeling sore, but I'm noticing a difference already.
The Facebook group is really inspiring. People have been doing 16 mins of chair dancing, swimming, bopping around the kitchen with ankle weights on, it's been lovely to see people getting involved.
Plus thanks to a lovely friend, I've hit my target of £150!2 -
Hats off to you @Albus_Scope , give yourself a pat on the back . Disabled people do have more stamina than abled people. They are so much stronger. I admire anyone with a disability who pushes themselves to the limit . A massive round of applause 🙌 👏.

Thanks @Beaver79, I now can't let them all down haha.
And thank you @Strawberry1, it's great to see how people have adapted so they can all take part. Really warms the heart.

Bless you @Albus_Scope . 3 cheers for everyone 👍.1

Thought I'd best update this as it's been a few days.
I'm still managing at least 16 mins of exercise a day, but the rubbish weather has meant I've had to rely on things to do inside, so it's been mostly free weights, or wrestling with the dogs and their toys. We did manage one trip to the park, where I was befriended by a VERY excitable staffy puppy.
I'm now £20 over my goal, so I'm over the moon about that.
I hope everyone else taking part is having fun.

Nice one @Albus_Scope , not even started my 16 mins challenge yet lol 😆. High 5 to you .1

Little quick update.
I'm still powering on with this , but it's certainly been a struggle with my own health issues and now with a poorly dog. But I've just got my Scope pin badge through, with a lovely hand written card from the Fundraising team which was a lovely touch.
And my clothes fit me a bit better now, so I guess I'm doing something right.
I hope everyone else taking part is having fun with their 16 mins a day. Go team!

Thank you @ada and Betty! I'll be off until next Friday, so hopefully by then I'll have completed the challenge and have a healthy dog.

My little update is that I finished the challenge yesterday me and grandma shared a bottle of procetto between us both but I'm still carrying on with the challenge are you @Albus_Scope?1
-
Sorry, I forgot to update this yesterday!
Yes, challenge completed, all 29 days. Which amounted to 567 minutes of activity for February. So 22.2% over what was needed.
But as the challenge was to do it every day, I made sure I did just that and I'm very pleased I finished it and managed to raise some funds for Scope.
@durhamjaide2001congrats! How did you do in the end? I hope you enjoyed the bottle of fizzy?
