Hi I wanted to know if someone is found fit for work after a wca and they dont report a worsening of an existing condition or declare a new condition but they still start the appeal process can their wc switch off all requirements including not needing to attend appointments or does the person still have to attend appointments but their requirements are tailored such as they have to prepare for work for the future but dont have to jobsearch?
I haven't had my wca yet but just asking hypothetically
Thanks

Yes they can switch them off, reduce them or do nothing and you will be expected to attend appointments and/or look for work.
In your previous thread you said you were doing some work, if your earnings are more than the AET then you won’t have any work requirements anyway, as I advised in your other thread.
