It’s hard to know if this was ‘official’ office policy or some local agents getting a bit over zealous. Of course the government will deny all responsibility for this but who knows.0

If you read the article and the DWP responses they're horrendous. They still insist that it might be appropriate for inpatients to see them, why do we need to spell out that if someone is ill enough to be in hospital that they are obviously unfit to prepare for work? How low do they want the bar to be ffs?!1
