What shortage would bother you the most?

Apart from essentials like medicines and such, what is the thing that would bother you the most if there was a shortage of it?
For me I like my food and drink but am not particularly attached to one thing ... if there was no steak I would happily substitute for pork chops etc. ... but I am going to say a mushroom shortage would bother me. I am trying to eat less but have 1 really good meal a day and probably have mushrooms 5 days out of 7, I really like them and they are quite good for you as well.

Gluten free pasta. I would be panic buying and stockpiling at the very mention of a shortage
And I'd be pretty sad if there was some kind of potato shortage too.Rosie (she/her)

Betty’s dog food. It’s expensive but only the best for her. I always say she didn’t choose us. I chose her. So she will Always come first.
I would hate to give her a cheap unhealthy diet -

Good answers everyone
I can think of another one actually, that's not edible ... petrol
When everyone was panic buying last year or whenever it was it really upset my routine as I had to conserve my petrol. When I eventually needed to fill up it was really hard because I find petrol stations unnerving at the best of times but when they were super busy it was not good for me -

The specific brand of cat food Suki eats.
She's so picky I'm not sure having to switch brands would go down well.They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

Opinions are my own, such as mashed potato being bad. -
Bottled water. I knowwwww I sound very entitled with that but I struggle with tap water and water is pretty much the only drink I have, so I struggle every summer when they start limiting it in shops so a shortage would be so hard. The very idea makes me quite anxious!!

Yoghurt! In particular Greek yoghurt and one particularly luscious brand, expensive though it is! I have stomach problems and a very poor appetite and this yoghurt is my go to when I can’t eat. Don’t know what I’d do without it. That and bananas.

Money! The core and fundamental cause of my stress!

I too would have to go with the tea! Mornings aren't the same without that first cup of tea! I've started to notice that there seems to be less tea on local supermarket shelves and even less of the decaffeinated which I drink mostly.
