I’ve recently received letter off PIP saying “ we now have all the information we need to decide if we can award personal independence payment. This letter is dated 9th February 2024. I’m confused because it’s going to a tribunal hearing and PIP only decided that 2 weeks ago but hearing hasn’t been booked. Any help would be appreciated?

All you can do is ring and ask them because we can only guess why you received it. It may have been sent in error.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
