Hi , i am waiting for my pip decision . I have seen lots of people say when they ring the pip number and choose options 1 5 3 or option 6 it takes you through to the automated payments line , I’ve tried this a few times and it dos t do that it just puts you on hold to wait for a agent? Any info on this please ? Thank you

There will only be information if you have an award in place, if you don’t then there’s no information to give. Not only that, it’s also been known to give incorrect information so it shouldn’t be relied on.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
