Hi everyone, I had my pip telephone assessment on the 5th February, I called up today for a copy of the report but the lady said it’s still with the assessors and not ready yet, I ready on here that reports get done with 2-3 days, it’s been 1 week and half for mine so I don’t get why it ain’t ready yet, it’s really stressing me out. Can anyone please advise me, thank you.

Sometimes a report is chosen at random for audit. It means they are checking the assessor did their job correctly. This could be why yours hasn't yet been returned. There's no timescales how long they remain there but once it's completed it will be returned.
You can ring the assessors and ask them and they will tell you if it's in audit.0
