    Hi, we contacted the courts and sent them all the proof that I had been through all the MR process etc and after the courts saw all the paperwork then PIP suddenly changed it and said “oh it was a paperwork error she has done MR”. About a week after that I got a letter saying I’m going to tribunal and to wait for a date but be warned it will be a very long wait so now we are waiting for that.

    I finished my pip assessment they told me to send them my id and I did that was approximately 7 weeks ago now they’ve just sent me a payment enquiry form but I haven’t recieved a decision letter yet does anyone know if this means I’ve been accepted or is this just another step.

    Hello, I just wanted to follow on from this. I had a text in November last year telling me that DWP had responded to my claim and we were going to tribunal basically. I haven’t heard anything since. It says that it takes 6-8 months for a tribunal online but I’m about to come up to 9 months and still haven’t heard a peep. Is this normal? Does anyone know if there are severe delays in the process?
