Hello @Indbeyaz0
What a pain! I'm sorry the changes to your bathroom don't quite meet your needs. Can you get in touch with the people who installed it or arranged for the installation as they should be able to make adjustments. It might be as simple as adding a grab bar near the toilet for extra stability and support.Hopefully they'll be able to sort this out quickly for you.

Adrian_Scope said: Hello, thank you for your answer and help, but the problem is not that I can hold on to something, the problem is that the toilet is quite high, my feet cannot reach the ground, so I stand on my toes, I get support, otherwise I slip on the toilet, moreover, the toilet is not flat, the back part is quite inclined, so it is not possible for me to stand on it, and the worst part is that the seat is quite hard. It's disturbing, I don't know what I should do, will they change it when I tell them, I don't know what I should say.Hello @Indbeyaz0

Hi @lndbeyaz0, there's no harm in asking
If you explain to them that the toilet setup they've put in isn't safe for you to use and is causing you problems, hopefully they can find a better solution for you.1
