Hi ..I have just received a letter fron pip saying that I may be owed money ..this is regarding MM ruling ..dates they are looking at 2016 -2020..I scored 2 points for mixing with other people which I believe should now be 4 points these extra 2 points would give me enhanced living component for all of this period ..also from 2020 I have still been getting  scored 2 points  for this descriptor to the present day ..what does this mean ..thanks in advance.

It means exactly what it says you maybe owed some money if your PIP was awarded between those years.

If from 2020 you don't have Enhanced daily living then the law should have been applied correctly for review decisions from 17th Sept 2020 so if the decision on that review was after that then they won't look at that award.

I've always had 2 points for the prompting to engage from 2016 to 2020 and up to this day still being scored 2 for prompting. if they update with extra 2 points an enhance my living allowance for period 16/ 20 ..will they update the period  from 20 /24 .thanks in advance.

As I advised if the decision in 2020 was made after 17th September 2020 then they will not look at that award for this.

If you disagreed with the decision at that time then you could have challenged that decision. Please see the link I posted above.
