Hi Hannah. yes rang them at 8am this morning , really nice lady said that the payment hadn't be issued or processed for some reason its never happened before. She said she would sort it out and it should go in the account today but up to now 16.08 pm its not gone in but she did say it could take till midnight0

@ketokid I hope it does go in before midnight! I'm glad you managed to get through and speak to someone nice1

Still not gone in so ill will have to spend ages on the phone again its really taking its toll on my mental health which was bad enough already , I'm also waiting for the decision on my pip mandatory reconsideration as my pip review came back with only two points which absolutely crazy I'm really at the end off my tether don't think I can take much more I really don't.0

I am so sorry it hasn't gone in @ketokid and that it's taken a toll on your mental health. Can I ask, have you got support for your mental health? If you ever feel the need to speak to someone, you have us in the community and I would encourage you to reach out to SHOUT. They are a 24/7 texting service and were so helpful to me when I was going through the process for my LCWRA element.
They can also support with the wait for your PIP decision. Did you have support with your claim? Scope has an information page you may find helpful to read with support information.
There are many members here who have felt the same exhaustion over the process, and I am so frustrated for you. Did you manage to get through to them since this morning?0 -
