Hi,i am a 56 year old man who is living with cauda equina,,I fractured my spine in August 2023,i had a 4 hour operation and had 2 metal plates put on my spine,it was L1 and L2 that were fractured. I am now living a life that is very different and very hard to deal with. I have no strength in my legs, I have to use a walking stick because I can't walk and stand without it,,I have had to stop working as i have no strength at all..I have other personal issues that I find very hard to deal..All in all cauda equina has ruined my life..Sorry to post my first post with such a down beat story

Wel, your in the right place here @wolves alot of members have disabilities which have changed their lives here. Including myself.
There are lots of conversations in the coffee Lounge, different topics, join in and make some virtual friends, we also have games if you fancy that too. It's very supportive here0 -
