Your waiting period will be Oct/Nov, Nov/Dec, Dec/Jan.. LCWRA starts from 2nd Jan to 1st Feb and first payment will be 8th Feb. Therefore they owe you 1 months LCWRA element.
Money owed will be paid separately to your usual monthly money and often takes quite a few weeks to pay it.
Please note, my advice assumes you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the element on your claim.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
No I'm not he works but we still get top ups from uc thankyou so much for the advice x

Sorry for all the questions so it will show up on my statement on the 1st March and the other will be back pay that I just have to wait for? X

Yes, it should be included in your next statement but you'll need to check to make sure it's included.
For the money that's owed they will need to recalculate your statement before they can pay it. Also, if you didn't previously have the work allowance (you would have had it if you have children on your claim) then they will owe you some money for that. The work allowance will apply from AP starting 2nd October.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
