Hello, I am OrangeSun I would like to bring a message for those reading this and it is to say that you're loved no matter what. There will always be one person out there that adores you and looks up to you never forget that. Emotions and troubles you endure are perfectly fine Trial and Error they say if you fail once try a new method.

Be proud of who you are even if the accomplishments are small be proud of it because it is one step closer to a better future. Hope is what gives motivation do not be scared of trying new things out as it is the experience that brings life. The future is scary, the past cannot be changed never hold onto those thoughts see the positives in the now.

Life is tough we understand that but even when it knocks you down you get better from it. Fear, Sadness, Grief is all okay to feel crying does not make you weak it makes you strong for showing your emotions. I say to myself if I got one life why not go all out and try to enjoy it even if it is difficult.

Which ever brings you genuine happiness in life stick with it appreciate the small things in life if you can. Be proud of how far you got as it is a tough world we live in never be ashamed. Stay strong but never hide your true self from anyone you are beautiful the way you are your true self is what brings people closer to you.

You've got this.

Hello @OrangeSun very warm welcome from me.
    How are you.
Its a lovely thing you wrote but I can’t help feeling life really would be so much easier if we only could think this way.

But for Some of us can’t let go or forget our history. After all it makes us who we are. Even if it does make us stronger  we can still be haunted by our past. And also we could be in a situation now that makes us so sad every single day it’s hard to be positive for our future if there is No way out.
    Life really isn’t that simple

@Ada That is true but I once couldn't let go of the past, never said life was that simple either quite the opposite actually I just compromise. If you truly believe that your past is hurting you the best way to deal with it is accept that it has happened and understand you can change the now. Living a life in fear and sadness that is all entirely how you view it that is why I say to focus on the smaller things. If I only got one life I am going to spend it to make it better even if it does knock me down.
