I would just like to mention that even though I was awarded carers benefit that does not affect the SDP support weekly allowance payments we should also have been paid on top that have been missed off all the time right from when we became entitled to receive it date it should have been paid because we BOTH were AWARDED legal PIP ongoing awards for ongoing periods of support entitlement weekly SDP awarded weekly entitlement and payments of the extra SDP backdated to 6th June 2022 ordered to continue in payment that the payment system failed to pay that we are legally owed that is still outstanding waiting for a Manual payment intervention officer who can get the job done as the legal absolute decisions had already been assessed and awarded and approved for payments to be backdated and refunded back to us both that all this time has just been ignored and forgotten about waiting to get it paid into the same bank account agreement we use for the UC and Pip tribunal appeal weekly payments we receive but the extra backdated extra other awarded SDP weekly allowance payments have not been paid to TWO individual people awarded it that is still outstanding for payment as well backdated to 6th June 2022 the date we became entitled to receive the extra TWO SDP weekly allowances awarded to both claimants that have also failed to be paid.

The SDP support rules of entitlement state that if you are living together with registered disabilities and awarded ongoing Pip awards for ongoing periods on separate Pip tribunal appeals claims and Pip accounts awarded to each person for different awarded disabilities REASONS and no-one outside the household members receive the carers allowance payments then each registered person registered with disabilities are entitled to receive the extra SDP support weekly allowance payments awarded already because when TWO people are awarded ongoing Pip awards rights they became entitled to receive the extra SDP support weekly allowance payments as well. Hi again just some further information for those who don't already know the benefit rules on couples benefits awards.

When people living together with registered disabilities are assessed by the LEAP assessments team this is what the DWP LEAP team assessments do as Follows. When a case or in a joint couple are both assigned to a specialist LEAP assessment team for an assessment or reviewed by a decision-maker on that team, it means the case or both cases are assessed as part of a large-scale governments department corrective program done by a Specialist Specific team. These corrective LEAP assessments and awarded reviews are triggered when a tribunal appeal process services or a high-court ruling determines that the DWP has been interpreting or applying the law incorrectly. [1, 2, 3]The primary functions of a LEAP assessment team include:

• Identifying Past Underpayments: The team explicitly reviews past claimants claims or their individual person claims to find out individuals who were paid less on their awarded benefits than what they were legally owed over the periods of support due to administrative or legal errors by the department. [1]
• Correcting Historical Records: They look back at historical cases—sometimes spanning several years—to adjust and correct the benefit awards and if two people living together with registered disabilities already assessed and awarded they look at both those awards as well. [1, 2]
• Issuing Back-Payments (Arrears): If the DWP specialist department LEAP assessment team officer dealing with the couples benefits awarded sometimes looks at both claimants awarded benefits and determines and makes the decision from checking the DWP rules determine that a claimant or claimants in some cases was disadvantaged by a misapplied rule, the DWP department decision makers team dealing with the benefit claim or claims will calculate for the owed backdated benefit payments and issue backdated payments they authorise for payments. underlying entitlement and the TWO people awarded the Pip ongoing awards conceded and confirmed and approved and checked and agreed by the DWP with the TWO people awarded and the Pip tribunal appeal process services awarded and conceded agreements to be paid the ongoing Pip awards for ongoing periods and both claimants were also already awarded and allocated and allowed and authorised for payments to be paid the extra SDP support weekly allowance payments awarded and authorised and submitted correctly to be backdated and approved for payments that was ordered and approved and confirmed for the extra SDP support weekly allowance payments to be backdated to 6th June 2022 authorised decisions awarded and will also continue to be paid the two people who have been awarded the extra SDP protected benefits awarded in favour of both people and has to be paid by a Senior Manual officer Tier 3 or higher to unblock the extra awarded approved authorised decisions awarded for the calculated extra owed backdated payments ordered to continue in payment the payment system failed to pay or backdate the DWP department decision makers team dealing with it had awarded and authorised for payment that has been stuck awaiting for the DWP department to arrange for a Manual Tier 3 officer to get it done and paid because these awards are legally owed back and protected benefits awarded in favour Just another update. After all this time of trying to find out what has happened with our benefits awarded in favour of both people. When the DWP had assessed us both back in November 2022 they looked at both our existing already awarded benefits and legacy benefits awarded in favour of both people awarded in our favours. What we did not know at the time that the DWP department decision makers LEAP team officer dealing with both sides who was dealing with both our separate individual Pip tribunal appeal claims referred us out to the be reviewed and assessed by the DWP department decision makers team dealing with the Pip MM Supreme Court judgement rulings who assessed us both under the Pip MM Supreme Court judgement rulings as well and the disability SDP support weekly allowance payments awarded already through other qualifying entitlement means accounts accepted by HMRC already and the DWP department decision makers team dealing with the couples existing already awarded benefits assessed and awarded and assigned to be backdated to 6th June 2022 decision makers team dealing with it had already accessed and approved for payments of two people awarded the extra SDP support weekly allowance payments to be included and paid with our awarded benefits in favour of both people registered for both claimants in our favours.
