Are we receiving the correct entitlement

What I was trying to say is that even if someone in a joint household where there is TWO people registered on the system with registered disabilities household gets LCWRA awarded or underlying carers entitlement it does not affect the amount of SDP support double support payments you qualify to receive with two people awarded separate Ongoing Pip awards rights that qualify each individual person to be paid and backdated the extra SDP from the TWO people awarded ongoing Pip rights through their separate Pip tribunal appeal awarded successfully from the Pip tribunal appeal backdated awarded date of approval that qualified both claimants to receive the the SDP extra backdated weekly allowances payments as a double payment award to be backdated and refunded back for the extra missing backdated lump sum calculated missing weekly SDP payments awarded for TWO people who have been awarded the extra weekly allowance payments that in our case are still outstanding for payments right back to the 6th June 2022 second separate individual awarded ongoing Pip award for ongoing periods of support entitlement awarded that qualified both claimants to be backdated for both claimants awarded it and they were entitled to receive it already through other qualifying entitlement means reasons but have already qualified through the separate Pip tribunal appeal successfully awarded ongoing Pip award for ongoing periods of support entitlement awarded to both claimants that qualified both claimants anyway to be paid and backdated for the extra missing backdated payments that were ordered to continue in payment as well as the First older person who was awarded it as well besides the extra other benefits awarded in favour of both people as well awarded that should have also been given that they were entitled to receive that needs to be calculated again and paid for all missing awarded allowances that should have been paid the department payment system failed to pay the legal payment because of the known system issue that now needs escalation urgently to get the four years of missing payments including the owed undisclosed housing benefit hidden mistake that also needs paying plus the missing legacy benefits weekly SDP payments that still need paying back as well that needs paying back into the same bank account details that the DWP department decision makers team already know that they needed to get it paid by the Manual BACS MANUAL payment method so it gets paid as it should have been when it was already assessed and awarded and approved for TWO people the weekly extra payments awarded already to continue in payment for both claimants already in the background data files and data checks showing already assessed and awarded and approved for BOTH claimants registered on the system that the payment system failed to pay or check or sort it out that needs doing Urgently by an authorised person who knows what to do with it so the registered claimants are paid for the missing payments they have both qualified to receive already assessed and awarded and assigned for BOTH claimants that should have been done.

The SDP support rules of entitlement state that if you are living together with registered disabilities and awarded ongoing Pip awards for ongoing periods on separate Pip tribunal appeals claims and Pip accounts awarded to each person for different awarded disabilities REASONS and no-one outside the household members receive the carers allowance payments then each registered person registered with disabilities are entitled to receive the extra SDP support weekly allowance payments awarded already because when TWO people are awarded ongoing Pip awards rights they became entitled to receive the extra SDP support weekly allowance payments as well. The calculated backdated large second person's awarded amount is still outstanding for payment in the holding account still awaiting payment allowance this time since the date it was already assessed and awarded and approved for payments awarded in favour of both people. The DWP department have failed to get it paid through the payments system blockage because they haven't done anything about it yet and it is still outstanding for payment blocked that needs a Senior Tier 3 officer to open the background data files already awarded and approved for payments and override the system blocks that prevented the already calculated DWP department decision makers teams awarded and approved decisions they have already given. The massive system payment block has also stopped the couples SDP extra weekly allowance support weekly payments awarded already as well because the awarded approval for the extra SDP support weekly allowance payments awarded notification PDF or printed SDP support weekly allowance payments letters awarded and approved for payments also have failed to be sent out to us both as well because of the payments system failed to pay the calculated backdated massive awarded payment DECISIONS already legally awarded and approved for payments that should not of just been ignored by the Pip and DWP and specialist LEAP assessment team dealing with the couples benefits awarded and approved for payments. This is a catastrophic DWP system payment failure that has been missed off the claimants joint account benefits awarded the extra support entitlement awarded on top of their joint UC statement of entitlement as well because of the payment system failing to pay the massive awarded backdated payments awarded and approved for payments that have been put into a holding account awaiting the manual refund payment by BACS MANUAL payment method by a 3 TIER SENIOR DWP OFFICER WHO CAN PAY THE OUTSTANDING amount awarded MANUALLY BY A BACS MANUAL PAYMENT METHOD to be paid that will then open up the file to reflect that BOTH claimants registered on their separate Pip tribunal appeal accounts have been awarded the extra SDP support weekly allowance payments awarded to both claimants ordered to be backdated and approved for a refund of all the missing payments allowances they have BOTH qualified to receive that needs paying and Urgently escalation to a Senior 3 Tier SENIOR DWP officer who can unblock the payment system that failed to pay the order that was awarded and approved in the favour of both people registered with disabilities already approved and awarded and CHECKED the DWP department decision makers team should have continued in payment because they have both awarded protected benefits awarded protection already awarded and approved for payments that they have been waiting for all this time since the qualifying second awarded separate Ongoing Pip awards rights awarded to the claimants was approved for payments as well as the First older person who was awarded a decision on her separate Pip tribunal appeal process awarded successful Ongoing Pip rights to receive the extra SDP support weekly allowance payments as well as they were both already registered with disabilities already awarded and approved for payments the payments system failed to pay that is still outstanding for payment of all the missing awarded PAYMENTS approved assessed and awarded already in the favour of both people registered on the Pip tribunal appeal system awarded and approved for payments and other qualifying SDP extra weekly allowance payments because of the Pip tribunal successful awarded ongoing Pip award and because they were both entitled to receive it because of the already awarded underlying supporting awards as well.
