There's no maximum amount of hours you can work while claiming UC with LCWRA. However, if the work you do contradicts the reasons why you were found to have LCWRA then it could go against you at your next review.
You can also use a benefits calculator to check if there's still any entitlement to UC with your increased earnings.0 -
OK thanks the other issue is he started gambling again and winning like 70 od can this effect are uc0
-
That will be treated as capital, not earnings. Unless your capital is more than £6,000 it will have no impact in your UC.ella1992 said:OK thanks the other issue is he started gambling again and winning like 70 od can this effect are uc0 -

Capital would be any savings or properties you own that you don’t live in.ella1992 said:Can u tell me what they class as captail plz
Yes a loan is capital and if they increase your capital to more than £6,000 at anytime then this will affect your UC. There will be a deduction of £4.35/month for every £250 or part thereof over £6,000.ella1992 said:So if I get loan is that treated as capital as iv had quiet few of them
The maximum limit is £16,000 before entitlement ends.0 -
I don't own a property I rent of housing I mean loan like 200 I have pay back like 400 surley that isn't treated as captain0

Capital of less than £6,000 is ignored anyway. Which I did advise herepoppy123456 said:
