Help please...Advocacy advice

Hi @SaundRock, I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your employer. My partner had some trouble last year and found turning to ACAS first was very helpful in informing them where to go and what to do next.
They have advice pages here: Work and employment law advice | Acas
And ways to contact them here: Contact us | Acas
Do you have any union in your workplace or any (non-union) workplace representatives?0 -
Hi @Jimm_Scope, thank you very much for your response. I couple of years ago I did contact ACAS for advice on a different employment, but I wasn't really able to voice what I wanted from them. Maybe I will just have to try them again.0

I do find some of the call handlers are a bit more helpful than others, but it cannot hurt to try and get advice from them. Since they are impartial and you don't need to hand any information over.1
