When you filled in the review form did you treat it as a new claim and give as much relevant information as possible? or did you just put "no change" if there were no changes in your health conditions.
Your first step will be to request the Mandatory Reconsideration. You have 1 month do this and you should put it in writing, stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. Please do not ring to request it.
If the MR decision doesn't change (most don't) then you can proceed to Tribunal.
Were you awarded anything at all, or refused and your PIP has stopped?0 -
I put no change in my health conditions....they terminated my pip so I get no money now....They said my circumstances have changed but they they havent....I contacted Mathews hub a charity for autism and a support worker and was told to get a copy of the report and an extension to the mandatory reconsideration.. as the award letter was dated 2 weeks prior to me receiving it.When I first applied for pip it had to go to appeal before it was overturned...the support worker said they will go through the report with me......

You should never just put no change and nothing else and even more so if you had to take it to Tribunal to be awarded in the first place. This is like saying nothing had changed since DWP made their first decision.
You don't need an extension to request the MR because in total you have 13 months to request it. Please do not ring to request it because as soon as you ring the time starts ticking and a decision could be made any anytime. Just put the request in writing but if you're outside the 1 month you need to make sure you tell them why you didn't request it within the first month. If they refuse you just proceed to Tribunal.
You don't need the assessment report to request the MR because this just causes a distraction to what you should be doing.0 -
just forget it....I didnt get any help filling in the form.when I said no change I wrote I had the problems with the same questions.....I asked for help ..im not getting into an argument over this...your right im wrong.....I will leave the forum

I'm sorry you think that. I wasn't arguing, just trying to advise and help you going forward. It's a friendly and helpful forum with many people willing to help and advise, myself included.1

Hi @mickey800 - & welcome to the community. I'm sorry your review decision wasn't favourable, & you didn't feel listened to during your assessment. It's good you're getting some help from a charity that understands autism, & from a support worker, with your Mandatory Reconsideration. Are they going to write a letter saying where they feel you should have got points (as before) & why?poppy was also trying to help by saying that you do in fact have up to 13 months to send in a Mandatory Reconsideration, as you wouldn't have much time to get this done as you received your decision letter so late if it was strictly one month. So, just mentioning about the late arrival of your decision letter will be fine.I hope you can get things sorted, & get PIP paid once more.

Hello @mickey800
Welcome to the community! I am glad to hear that you have the support worker to go through the report with you. I wanted to comment as we are all here to support you in any way we can
Can I ask, do you have any other support around you?0 -
I have no other support around me...im a recovering alcoholic too and go to aa for that....I have always being a lone wolf in life....it just gets too much like today....I always feel im being attacked when I try and un mask.....0

Hello @mickey800 and welcome to the community. I'm sorry you felt like you were being attacked, that wasn't the case. Everyone here really wants to help you.
I think there was some confusion as to whether you wrote the actual words "no change" on your review form, or wrote about your conditions in the same way because there was no change.
We see a lot of people simply write the words "no change" which isn't always the best idea.
Will the Matthews Hub be able to support you with writing your mandatory reconsideration?0 -
yes the guy from Mathews hub has asked me to get a copy of the report and an extension on the mandatory reconsideration so after battling the ridiculous pip helpline I finally got there...just waiting for it to come so Mathew hub will go through it0

apologies is I upset anyone.....my communication skills are poor and am still learning about my autism I was only diagnosed 3 years ago also have adhd....I didnt even know what autistic burnout was until last week.0

If you request an extension then it's almost like you're asking for the MR so the time starts ticking, which means a decision could be made at anytime. They may not wait for you to send any extra evidence that you're planning on sending.0
