Hey....... I have recently had a change of circumstance review on my PIP application as my health has deteriorated. I haven't received my decision letter yet, although it is past the 2 weeks they state I will receive it in, and my usual payment that has been received before the review is now considerably less than normal. I'm really confused and extremely worried. Does this mean I have been assessed and actually lost points even though I am struggling immensely? Please please please could someone help me, I'm so concerned

Hi... I received a text message from DWP saying that my review is now complete and I will receive the decision letter within 2 weeks. Yes, I had an assessment over video call that was about an hour long and she said that all information will be passed on to the assessment team and I should wait for the decision letter to come.0

And yes I stated that I have had 2 TIA in the last year and it has affected my daily routine and memory.0

I am so grateful for your help and support with this. Thank you0

I'd advise you to ring PIP when they open at 9am to ask what the decision is and they will tell you. Although the text advises you not to ring them, you can ring them anytime.
If you're not happy with the decision you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration.1 -
Thank you so much for your help. I will phone straight away and see if I can figure this out. Thanks again x0
