Hi.
I have been reassessed for pip and had a telephone appointment. After that i received a text saying i will receive a decision letter in 2 weeks and not to call before that. i called and was given my next payment amount by an auto gen message and date as £9.80 April. this seems unusual. should i just wait. the entire process took a long time. was on normal rate. Thank you

The automated payment line is known to give incorrect information. You can ring PIP to ask what the decision is and they will tell you. Although the text advises you not to ring, you can ring anytime.1
