Im feeling really unwell

i heard today that im making myself a victim and that my illness is only additional and about my personal judgment i heard , im feeling like a monster

im sorry im not ready to write who said this to me 
im really broken and they said that i didn’t have a broken hand and i could clean here where i live 
i was awarded enhanced daily living and i wasn’t able to clean here and im having difficulty to keep my body on my legs while im standing up

they don’t understand me that due to my illness i wasn’t able to clean here and to do the other things 
im feeling really worse
