Sorry - another question!!
My initial assessment was done over the phone in 2022. When I am due for my review, will this likely be the same - over the phone, or face to face? I hate the thought of a face to face review

Most are by telephone, some are face to face. If you prefer telephone then you can ask for that if you're sent a face to face appointment.0
