Reasonable Adjustments

Hi, this is my first time here, I hope everyone is OK. So here goes, I'm currently on a Stage 2 from work, I have crohns disease and a mental health diagnosis. For me, it would really help my quality of life if I could go hybrid working, for two days a week. It would take the pressure off getting to work, mornings I'm at my worst. I would have a commode in the next room. I work for the NHS, not patient facing, administration, whilst shielding I worked from home all the time. The hospital I work for Di not like hybrid working. I'm so scared I am going to loose my job. I have gone on, I'm so sorry 😞
