I receive pip and housing benefit my husband works 21 hrs ,my daughter(21 and working)she doesn’t affect my housing benefit because I’m on pip,my question is my other daughter(19 and on pip and uc)would her moving back home for care affect my housing benefit now?thank you

    It wouldn’t affect it in a bad way because there’s no non dependent deductions if your PIP includes the daily living part. 

    You would need to report the changes to your local Authority and you maybe entitled to an extra bedroom, depending on circumstances.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
