Just wonder if anyone with knowledge could assist please?
I have my pip tribunal hearing next week but I haven’t received the ‘bundle’ from DWP Will the hearing go ahead without this or do I need to contact DWP and ask for the bundle?

What happens at a phone hearing this is new to me and I’m totally nervous are they nicer than the assessor or am in for a grilling? It’s beyond how we have to fight so hard to prove how much we struggle
when will I find out what the outcome is? I’ve got access to the tribunal tracking online if that makes any difference
ive waited 6 months to get to this point (which is quite quick to some threads I’ve read) but I honestly feel like throwing in the towel I don’t know how this is going to impact my already frail mental health but I don’t have anything to lose seems as I was only awarded 4 points on DL and 0 on mobility
my nerves are shot how long is the tribunal likely to take? My letter with date and time didn’t give any further information

The hearing can not go ahead without you having that bundle. You need to contact HMCTS and tell them.0
