DWP does not want to pay backdated LCWRA after Tribunal ordered them to pay

Albus I already have trail made of documents and during past 3 years I raised up complaints twice. No answer in both cases. I am unable to see the reason for another complaint.
I am also unable to see a reason for DWP`s actions either. Before I got ill, I worked for over 20 years my socks off and I was proud of my 100 per cent work attendance as I was lucky never to get ill (I always went to work with cold or flue). How many more people are there like me? We do not deserve this.0 -
Poppy123456 Thank you, I will do so when all other ways fail. They do include legal advice and also going back to Tribunal.1

Bashford61 I must admit that sometimes things they say on phone what are complete nonsense that does not add up makes me to feel humiliated.
I am trying to find a logical reason for their behavior such as that they are talking nonsense on purpose so that people give up with them and their queries. Otherwise I would be strongly concerned about the level of education needed for their job and for the educational system.1 -
did you get your back payment yet? I am in a similar situation I wondered how long it took them to pay you after?

This thread is from April and the member hasn't been active since then so you may not receive a reply. It can take up to about 8 weeks, sometimes longer after a Tribunal win to receive any money that's owed.
