You may not know this but once the award is put into payment you can request another Tribunal on that decision. Your current award will continue while you wait for the hearing decision. Although before doing this I would advise you to get some expert advice to check it’s possible to score more points needed for a higher award.If you did proceed again with the Tribunal and they plan on removing points they will warn you before doing this. This will then give you the chance to decide what you want to do and you can cancel the hearing and keep your existing award or risk it and continue with the hearing.1
