hi i have started the pip enchanced for mental health issues but i am not allowed travel help bus pass or train discount or chance to get a car , which feel would help my mental health the ability to travel any help please ?

    You don't say which part of PIP you were award, there's 2 parts. I'm assuming it's the daily living part? If so then yes, unfortunately this doesn't automatically entitle you to a disabled bus pass or a disabled rail card. 

    You can look at the website for your local Authority and see what the criteria is for the bus pass to see if you may qualify through other criteria. 

    For the Motability scheme then you need Enhanced mobility award.

    Hi @dazbag66, welcome to the community. Unfortunately as Poppy has mentioned, it's usually only with the enhanced mobility part of PIP that you get some of the help with travel and can apply for the Motability scheme.
