I know what fibro is because I have it myself. Please also note that that assessor doesn’t make decisions, they make recommendations only. Only a decision maker can make a decision.
All you can do is challenge the decision and request the MR which you should put in writing.0 -
That that is what I intend to do. My letter was dated on the 12th March it’s just nearly been two weeks since I received it. It say I need to ask for a mandatory reconsideration notice within one month from the dated letter. I am confused as I am gathering my evidence up and it’s not been a month yet and it’s the 10th of April . Am I late to send a mandatory reconsideration notice?0

You have 13 months to request it. If you're outside of the 1 month timescale you must give a reason why you're late requesting it. If they refuse, you just proceed to Tribunal.0
