I haven't heard of anything like this. As somebody with mental health issues myself I would say that designing a holiday that's suitable for "people with mental health issues" is a difficult if not impossible task because mental health issues are all so different

Designing a holiday for people with a physical health issue is probably more straightforward because two people with the same physical condition are likely to have similar needs...with mental health conditions two people with even the same diagnosis can manifest in two completely different ways and the only solution would be to tailor a bespoke holiday to every single person as an individual which they would have to charge a pretty penny for

What I'm trying to say is the best solution is probably to try to design something for yourself, then you can have exactly what you want/need, instead of looking for some kind of package

There are national days for mental health, but no public holidays. @LondonHayden. Also, welcome to the community! :) Sorry if I misread your question.

I agree with @66Mustang if you are talking about a specific type of holiday that caters to mental health conditions. Given the wide range I imagine there is no one-size-fits-all. There are probably holidays that are very relaxing, like spa holidays for example if that helps you relax. Some people find the countryside helps their mental health, walking in forests or other areas of natural beauty. Though, there are people who don't like the countryside so that wouldn't work for them! It is very much a "what do you enjoy/like to do" thing I reckon.

If you are struggling with your mental health though you should be able to speak to your workplace about taking time off it is becoming detrimental. I'd recommend speaking to your GP too.
