Hi,
New here. Has anyone had experience winning a tribunal. How long did you wait before backpay was paid to you. Over 12 months owed to my son. Been 4 weeks now since he won.

Hi @benno1321, welcome to our community and congratulations on your son winning his tribunal!
It can take a bit of time before everything is processed after the tribunal. The usual time is 4-6 weeks, I hope this helps. If it goes beyond 6 weeks I would certainly be catching up with the DWP or HMCTS. Giving them a call doesn't hurt to see where the process, though they may not always have exact times for you.0
