Hi, I received my pip review decision last week and I have been awarded the same standard rate for both categories for an ongoing period but they will contact me in 2 years time to see if my circumstances have changed, does this mean I have been awarded it for 2 years?

If they are going to contact you in 2 years then that can't be an ongoing award. Ongoing means 10 years.0

The wording on front of the letter is, I can still award you the standard rate for your daily living needs. You now get this from 1march2024 for an ongoing period. It says the same for the mobility needs. On the next page it says we will contact you while you are getting pip to see if your needs have changed and look at the amount you get. This will be after 28 February 2026. It is a bit confusing I know0

Seems like there's an error somewhere. You will need to ring them in the morning when they open to ask.0
