Hi im new to this forum, 3 weeks ago I received a letter from PIP tribunal saying my appeal has been allowed and that I am entitled to the daily living component. The only letter i received was from the PIP appeals, decision notice, I still havent had anything from DWP/PIP. Can anyone tell me what happens next? Im still unsure how much i will be getting, what date and back payment, which is 22/06/2023.
Many thanks lee

Hi @spatchyboy81, welcome to the community
Great to hear that your tribunal was successful. You could try ringing the PIP enquiries line to see if they have any information about when you'll receive your payments. They might also be able to tell you how much to expect, so it's worth a go. The number is 0800 121 4433.
I'll pop your post over to our PIP section where more members can find it and share their thoughts.1 -
Many thanks for your message Rosie and thank you for the welcoming me to the forum1

It can take anything up to about 8 weeks after a Tribunal win to put the award into payment and pay what is owed. As it was only 3 weeks ago that the decision was made and we've had a long bank holiday weekend since then, I would wait a little while before ringing them.0
