Pip have not being paying me the right money since 2019! And it's taken me till Thursday to sort it 2024 and now pip won't tell me the amount of money they owe me and have sent it to debt management and i don't owe anything as i spoken tp them so now debt management have tp sent it back to pip to pay me ! Can they actually do this as it's alot of money as I've worked it out myself with my carer and now I may have to wait till 24th of April I don't think this is fair ?

It's normal for them to send a large payment to debt management to check if you owe them anything. Once they've returned it they will pay what is owed to you.0

Hey there @CirstieC and welcome to the community.
I'm glad you've finally figured out this problem, but as Poppy has said, it's perfectly normal for them to check there's nothing owed before sending the money to you. It actually saves time in the long run.0
