in Start here and say hello!
I have been out of work since 2008 due to I'll health. How do I go about getting my pension early for Fibromyalgia ill health please

    Are you talking about a private pension? As there is no way to claim a State Pension early.

    Hello @Janie54, welcome to our community :) As Kimm87 mentions you cannot claim your state pension before your reach state pension age. However, there is Ill Health Retirement. With Ill Health Retirement you can claim personal or workplace pensions early.
