More information is needed to be able to advise you. Have you been through the Mandatory Reconsideration or Tribunal process at all?0
-
Hi yes been threw the mandatory and they just refused that to I have so many things going on with my health and I’m just trying to carry on strugling to work but I can’t just finish work as I have a home and family to keep0

It's not unusual for the MR decision not to change as mostly they don't. You can proceed to Tribunal as your next stage.
Please also remember that entitlement to PIP isn't based on any diagnosis or your ability to work. Whether there's any entitlement will depend on how your conditions affect you.
You can submit the appeal online here. submit-appeal please make sure you choose to either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing as either of those will give you the best chance of a decision in your favour.
I'd also advise you to have a read of this, it may give you a little more understanding of the descriptors.https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/personal-independence-payment-assessment-guide-for-assessment-providers/pip-assessment-guide-part-2-the-assessment-criteria0 -
Lots of people have told me not to bother doing an apeal as it’s so hard to get but I genuinely need financial help to be able to stop work as I can’t cope amy longer my mental state is getting worse0

There's a 70% success rate if you request one of the 3 I mentioned above. Entitlement is also not about financial help to be able to give up work as that won't qualify you.0

Yes I know hun I will try to do the apeal on line and see how I go !!!!0
