I'm not on UC but my daughter is, she is working at the moment but only 16 hours as she has Lupus and arthritis also she has severe depression due to an incident that happened with a man that I wouldn't want to divulge on here, she is on the road to LCWRA,
But her work coach is ringing her on a weekly basis and I'm sure that this is excessive!
She is trying her best and is fortunate that the place she works understands her Lupus and arthritis regards flare-ups.ao can carry on working at this moment in time.

Welcome @notme, sorry to hear about your daughter's troubles, I hope she's doing as well as possible in the circumstances. You said she's on the road to LCWRA, has she had her Work Capability Assessment yet?
It does seem excessive for the coach to be ringing each week if they're aware of her difficulties, but it will depend on what her commitments are at the moment. What are they asking during the phone calls?
I'll move your post over to our Universal Credit boards where more members can find it and offer their thoughts.Rosie (she/her)
